A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame may be an incredible honor, but so is recognition in the form of a swimsuit-shaped walkway adornment during SI Swimsuit launch events.
On Saturday, six-time brand star Camille Kostek shared several throwback photos from May’s magazine launch in Miami on Instagram. In the first snap, she showed off her summery ensemble, including a pink, red and purple Miaou bustier top that she wore with loose white AKIRA pants.
She posed with a display of one of her 2023 magazine pics, captured by James Macari in the Dominican Republic, then provided a photo of her feet clad in white pointed-toe stilettos standing atop a blue swimsuit-shaped floor decal that read “Camille Kostek.” In the final pic, Kostek sprawled out on the ground next to her version of the Hollywood star.
“doesn’t have a star of fame but does have this SI swimsuit,” she quipped in her IG caption.
“si swimsuit > hollywood walk of fame star,” one of Kostek’s followers wrote in the comments.
“She’s a queen,” Swim Search finalist Sharina Gutierrez applauded.
“You are a Star! Keep shining,” someone else added.
“You’re such a light in this too dim world… I’m here for it!” another fan gushed. “Keep glowing!
