Kim Kardashian has once again got people talking, as fans think she looks almost “unrecognizable” in the recent Instagram pictures she shared with her 363M followers in honor of nephew Tatum‘s 1st birthday.
On July 28th, the 42-year-old Skims founder shared a three-image carousel of pictures of herself posing with little Tatum, the son Khloé Kardashian and ex Tristan Thompson welcomed via surrogate last year.
Kim captioned her post: “My baby Tatum Happy 1st Birthday! OMGGGG you are such a smoosh, the happiest baby boy of all time. I can’t even tell you how loved you are and how special you are! You are Rob’s twin! LOL Your auntie loves you SO MUCH.”
The first two pictures were adorable selfies, with Kim smiling in the first and pouting in the second, while the third was a picture of Kim lying on a couch and holding her nephew up in the air. But it was the selfies that got the most attention in the comment section, as the close-up pictures of the Skkn by Kim mogul’s face led fans to say that she looked “unrecognizable.” Has she had fresh cosmetic surgery to contribute to this new appearance?
“What’s going on here? I fell asleep and Kim has a brand new face,” quipped one fan in the comments. “Is this Kim?” asked another confused fan. “I didn’t recognize her,” said another, to which one replied, “I said the same thing.” Another fan echoed this, writing, “Almost didn’t recognize you, Kim.”
