The makers of the upcoming film ‘Tiger 3’, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, have enlisted the expertise of top Hollywood action coordinator Chris Barnes, known for his work on films like ‘Avengers: Endgame’, ‘The Bourne Ultimatum’, ‘Doctor Strange’, and ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’. Barnes specializes in creating action spectacles, particularly in marine action.
‘Tiger 3’ is part of the successful YRF Spy Universe franchise and is the third installment in the Tiger series, following the blockbuster hits ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’. The film also features Katrina Kaif as super-spy Zoya and Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist. It is set to release this Diwali.
In addition to Chris Barnes, three other action directors, Franz Spilhaus, Parvez Shaikh, and Se-yeong Oh, are working on conceptualizing the action sequences involving Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in ‘Tiger 3’. The aim is to create an even more entertaining and visually stunning spectacle compared to the crossover action sequence in ‘Pathaan’, where the characters of ‘Tiger’ and ‘Pathaan’ converged for the first time in the franchise’s timeline.
The production team is focused on delivering an unforgettable theatrical experience with a unique flavor specific to the YRF Spy Universe. The intention is to offer audiences something they have never seen before in terms of action and spectacle.
The inclusion of renowned Hollywood talent and the emphasis on high-quality action sequences indicate the commitment of YRF and director Maneesh Sharma to provide a remarkable and memorable cinematic experience to the viewers.
