Bryan Johnson, a tech founder from California, has been making headlines for his ambitious mission to reverse the aging process. In a candid Twitter post, he revealed that his body and mind were once in a state of disarray due to chronic depression, obesity, and poor lifestyle choices, including excess sugar and junk food consumption.

However, Johnson’s “Project Blueprint” now focuses on meticulously monitoring his diet, exercise, and sleep while undergoing various tests to assess the age of his organs. By diligently following around 100 protocols daily, including taking 61 pills, consuming 70 pounds of vegetables per month, and adhering to an 8:30 p.m. bedtime, he claims to have slowed his aging process by approximately 31 years and significantly reduced bodily inflammation.

Despite the extreme measures he has undertaken, Johnson remains steadfast in his pursuit of reversing his biological age. He believes that achieving this feat would be groundbreaking, potentially altering our understanding of aging and its limitations.

With an annual cost of $2 million to maintain his regimen, Johnson’s commitment to longevity is remarkable and exemplifies his determination to challenge conventional norms and explore new possibilities in the realm of aging research.
