Zendaya denies news about entry refusal to restaurant because of her crop top

In case you stumbled across recent claims that Zendaya was turned away from a fancy restaurant in Rome because she showed up in a crop top, that could not be further from the truth. The Daily Mail published a report on June 12 claiming that “Zendaya suffered an embarrassing moment” while chilling in Rome on Saturday when she was “refused entry to a swanky restaurant due to its strict dress code.” According to the outlet, the 26-year-old actress was “turned away from the eatery due to her and her party’s dress sense” and was seen “looking unimpressed” while talking to staff before leaving the establishment.

So, what actually happened? Page Six spoke to Zendaya’s rep, who said, “This is completely false,” and went on to reveal what really went down. Apparently, Zendaya and her friends simply “realized” that they had previously eaten at the restaurant they showed up at, so they “left and went to another place.” In other words, nope…no crop top drama to be found here. FYI, Zendaya arrived in Italy earlier this week for the opening of Bulgari Hotel Rome, which she attended with Priyanka Chopra (fun fact: Zendaya’s original outfit got lost in transit, so this Valentino blazer look was completely last-minute).
Recent claims suggesting that Zendaya was turned away from a fancy restaurant in Rome due to her attire have been debunked. The Daily Mail published an article on June 12 claiming that the actress was refused entry to a restaurant because of her and her party’s dress sense. However, Zendaya’s representative clarified the situation to Page Six, stating that the claims were completely false.
According to Zendaya’s rep, the reality of the situation was that Zendaya and her friends realized they had previously dined at the restaurant they arrived at. Consequently, they decided to leave and find another place to eat. There was no conflict or dress code issue involved.
Zendaya had recently arrived in Italy to attend the opening of Bulgari Hotel Rome, where she was joined by Priyanka Chopra. Interestingly, Zendaya’s original outfit for the event was lost during transit, resulting in her last-minute decision to wear a Valentino blazer ensemble.
It is important to fact-check and verify information before accepting it as truth, especially in the era of rapid news dissemination. In this case, the claims of Zendaya being turned away from a restaurant due to her attire were found to be inaccurate.
